We find it works best to send them a pdf, if you can make one (requires Adobe Acrobat-$250), or a jpg, if you can’t. You can make a jpg in PowerPoint by going to save-as, and dropping the file type down to jpg.

Consistency is one of the cornerstones of good design and is an essential element in any professional presentation. The position, colours, sizes and alignment of similar elements should be consistent from slide to slide.
